What if I have received a scam call?

If you think you may have received a scam call then please let us know by calling raffle enquiry line on 1300 804 562.

How do I receive my tickets and pay for them?

Once you have been contacted by us and have pledged your support, you will receive your pre-ordered entries via post or email. From there you can visit nationalsesvaraffle.org.au, call the raffle enquiry line on 1300 804 562, use Post Billpay, BPay or return the coupon in the reply paid envelope.

Cancellation and refund policy

Once your payment has been processed and banked, the entry numbers you have already received either via email or mail will be validated. NSESVA do not provide returns or refunds after the draw date of the raffle. If you would like to cancel your support or verify your numbers, please call the raffle enquiry line on 1300 804 562.
